I am loving your tangleations of Trio and Xyp :)
ReplyDeleteGreat tile. I love the red embellisment around Trio.
ReplyDeleteI love the composition of your tile. Really well done!
ReplyDeleteLove your Huggins, Xyp, the red accents. Great tile!
ReplyDeleteThis is a very accomplished tile. I had to play it much closer to the basic tangles. I hope I someday achieve your mastery so I will be able to play with them the way you have. As you know, I'm partial to using a bit of red in my tiles, so I also like that touch. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteGreat tile! I really like your Xyp, I had some difficulties with that one.
ReplyDeleteFabulous tile, David. There is so much going on in there. Your tangelations of trio and xyp are great and the overlapping patterns are just wonderful. You really did an incredible job with this challenge.
ReplyDeleteDessin bien équilibré. j'aime.
ReplyDeleteOh wow, this is really gorgeous! Love how you've kept adding to the tangles - I looked for a long time at each part as well as appreciating the whole. Axxx
ReplyDeletewith the curlicues and the red stripes, this piece reminds me of Santa's workshop. hahaha! you know, the smoke rising from the chimney, the train tracks, the peppermint feel. it's a charming triangle! Love it, Dave
ReplyDeleteBeautiful tile with lots of movement and excitement!
ReplyDeleteRather brave, using all those curves, I feel, and the result is a joyous riot ot pattern. I saw XYP as straight lines and discipline and you have set it free. I'm just in awe of the imagination and stylish design here.
ReplyDeleteLove the movement in this tile and your use of your signature red.
ReplyDeleteI really like the swoop of the Huggins, the split direction of the Xyp, and the variation of the Trio. Delightful!
ReplyDeleteElegant as usual and i love al the little details in al the patterns!
ReplyDeleteAwesome as always, David. And thank you for your kind comment on my blog :) I'm honored :)
ReplyDeleteGreat David, I like your xyp and your trio version.
ReplyDeleteGreat tile David! I always love your compositions and the nice contrast that you develop.

ReplyDeleteGood composition, David
ReplyDeleteDavid, this is just beautiful. I love how you have added just the right amount of color. I also love that little extra square on the XYP. Like a special dance move you don't expect. So nice!
ReplyDeleteEin sehr schönes Tangle, mit dem Rot und den Schttierungen einfach faszinierend
ReplyDeleteYour work is great ....I have really been admiring people's work with the xyp tangle...so good to see what other's did with that and your's is really inspiring. I had a hard time with that one. My tri-tangle ended up a bit stiff, but this really flows...and of course unique!
ReplyDeletegreat tile - just love your work. your huggins is so subtly different and your trio includes so many interesting things to look at (also I finally got the point of thx - thanks for explaining the first letters made up the tritangle - I thought it was an alternate name for xyp!)
ReplyDeleteDavid.... What can I say... This is definitely a challenge masterpiece! Everything about it is so amazing! Your tangleations are stunning and I love the composition... You're an inspiration! THX for participating!
ReplyDeleteDavid, great use of all the tangles. I really like your Huggins. It reminds me of over layed wood. Not sure that is the best way to describe it but cannot think of how else to say it.
ReplyDeleteI like the design work you added to xyp, David. Adds great dimension. A creative solution to the challenge. I liked your response to last week's as well...Have a brilliant day! c
