Diva Challange #190- Pink for Ardath.

This week's challange is in tribute to Laura's Grandmother, Ardath, who passed away from Breast Cancer. To honor her, and October as Breast Cancer month, we are going Pink.

Patterns used:
1-Pozer-Beth Snoderly
2-Punzel-Zentangle
3-Mooka-Zentangle
4-Fescu-Zentangle

Tile Size: 3.5 x 3.5 inches.

  3. Wow, what a great tribute is this one. Love your punzel, so well done (it is always a hard one for me to do so I avoid it everytime, but love seeing what other people are doing with it). The pozer flowers are awesome, they seeme to flow as a waterfall into your tile.

  4. Very impressive tile! I agree with Didisch, love your punzel and I admire how you manage it. I'm still struggling greatly with it. I also love your pointillist shading. Very neat.

  9. David, A great tile! Love the shading and the stipple that you used on punzel! The pozer rocks and the shaded frame pulls the whole thing together! Beautiful!

  14. David, you came up with a lovely composition for this challenge. I'm still not good with identifying tangles, but the criss-crossed ribbons remind me of the pink breast cancer awareness ribbon. Excellent idea. Nicely executed.

  16. Pretty! It reminds me of a bouquet with ribbons streaming from it. I like how the edges of your Punzel gleam, and the little hints of gold/yellow throughout. It's cheery and very nice!

  20. I like the way you used delicate patterns and then had the Punzel like a flame blazing up through the middle. You have encapsulated feminity, strength and fire in this one tile. Excellent work.

  25. The posies are great, David, but the ribbon Punzel really brings the drawing depth and interest. You must have been very patient with the stippling to get the dimension just so. And nice choice of colors to keep the pink grounded. Have a brilliant pinky day! c
