I love this piece! Your Crux is lovely; I really like the way you played with color in just parts of it. But my favorite part of the piece is the way you used N'Zeppel, especially with parts of Crux flowing out into it. So beautiful! The shading and darkened corners finish it off so perfectly. Thanks so much for sharing it.
Very nice idea you had with the red ribbons. I also like the contrast between the very straight line grid and the more organic rythme of Nzeppel. Well done.
I really love the color! Great tile!
Nice tile with the idea of hollibough and the ribbon.
I especially like the bits of color here and there, and the way your patterns wander into each other.
Oh ! the red thread weaving in and out in this tangle, and the juxtaposition of the curvy n'zepple with the more squared off crux is wonderful too. aka HeidiSue
Really nice David... I love the red thru it... nice surprise to it... very flowing to the eye... nice eye candy actually... Love, Light and Peace...Bonnie
Super nice. I love how you added red to part of the background to accentuate that element of the tangle.
Beautiful!! I just love the red weaving through, great design!
Nice juxtaposition of grid and flowing lines. Like the transitions and the red sectioning the piece.
I love the red thread weaving throughout the tangle. Very effective way you've tucked Crux into N'Zeppel. Lovely work.
I love how you worked the two patterns together in your tile, and the touch of red really adds to it!
David, I love how you intertwined all the cross sections. Lovely work and the coloring is beautiful too! :0) Share Humanity
A great tile, David. I love the way one tangle goes over in the other!!!
Another great one, David. This is delightfully simple, lacking nothing.
Oh, that's fabulous, I love things where lines feed in and out. It ties together the whole, and makes your eye travel about the tile. Well done!
David, I love how you morphed the Cruz tangle into hollibaugh and then let n'zeppel grow within the hollibaugh spaces. Your tangle patterns are beautiful woven into each other, and the touch of color is just enough to make the piece exciting. Great !
Love how you have worked these two tangles into each other and the splash of red accentuates it beautifully. Linda
Nzeppel goes really well with crux. I love the way you connected them together.
I really like how you combined Crux and N 'Zeppel. Great tile!
Absolutely gorgeous tile! I like your way of combination the tangles! Wonderful colouring, too!
Beautiful :)I like the Hollibaugh extensions :)
Lovely tile. Very nice shading and the colors just make the pattern stand out.
Fascinating! I love the way you have woven the outside tangle into the Crux with the red.
I agree with all the above comments and wish I could say something original to follow up. It's just a clever, well executed and "fizzy" tile. The limited colour choice is proof that less is indeed more and the technique is faultless.
Great tangelations and great color. Your N'Zeppel is fabulous and one of my favorite tangles (now Crux is also) - nicely done - Nathalie
I agree with all the others , its beautyfull just like a little rug. I like it very much
I have browsed trough your blog..... I like your stile very very much!
David, Lovely tile this week and I really like the red lines! Also the way you morphed it into the Nzeppel!
